Biographies


Dave Halstead
 David Lee Halstead -Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin, Accordion, Bass Pedal Steel, Slide Guitar. Born and raised in DuQuoin, IL and lives in DuQuoin, IL. Dave began his musical career playing accordion at age 5, moving to guitar 7 years later. Performing throughout Southern Illinois, Kentucky, and Missouri with many bands including; The Electric Circus, Jerry D &The Diesels, The Claytons, The Hank Blues Band, Free Beer, Arrowhead, The Mud Hippies, Lucky Duck, Pecos Pud & The RodeoRoughriders, Appaloosa, Pecos Stone Band, Illinois Electric Blues Band, Dave's Not Here and Hunter Halstead Shreve & Steb.
Kerry Hunter -Vocals, Guitar, Harmonica. Born in East St. Louis, IL raised in Mounds, IL and now lives in DuQuoin, IL. Became interested in guitar, in particular, the acoustic guitar, in 1965. Known more throughout Southern Illinois as an acoustic solo performer he also has played with The Boozewanna's, The Saddle Sore Brothers, Arrowhead & Mud Hippies Traveling Medicine Show, and Hunter Halstead Shreve & Steb.

Tony Malawy
Tony Malawy:- Bass Guitar, Vocals, Composition. Tony has played professionally since 1982, playing with Belleville and St. Louis area bands. Some of his musical influences are Bill Wyman, Noel Redding,Tony Cox, Rick Danko, James Jamerson, and Flea. He has performed with The Midnight Riders, Random Access, Black Coffee, Lon-L & Petty Thief, and Blind Date. Among his many other interest, Tony plays music occasionally with Lon-L Brooks. He additionally composes and records in his digital home studio in Centralia, IL

Dana DeMaris – Keyboards, Saxophones, Flute, Harmonica, Vocals. Dana has been a part of the American rock scene for over 25 years. Dana studied woodwinds with Gene Steinman and has attended workshops with jazz legends Sonny Rollins, World Saxophone Quartet, and Jackie Mclean. Dana has played with a score of bands in America and Canada Including: Little Berry Jam, The Oblique Wave, P.Y.G Roast, Masked Men, Phish, Cory Stevens, The Alien Time Ensemble, Jump Duck and the Mallardtones, Lucky Duck, The Perkulators, the psychedelic band Dream Lab, and Blind Date. Dana's love of acoustic instruments helps to give its unique sound, bringing the classics to you as they were originally recorded.

Greg Calvert
 Greg Calvert -Vocals, Drums Percussion. Born in Fairfield raised in DuQuoin and now lives in Centralia, IL got his first set of drums from his grandma at age 10 and has been performing live ever since with local bands; Scarlett Thred, Whiteash, Obsession, Shades, The Saloonatics, Southern Prophet, Jump Duck & The Mallardtones, Lucky Duck, Rockin' Blue Iguanas, The Mud Hippies and Dave's Not Here, Dreamlab, Lon-L & Petty Thief, and Blind Date. He is also the manager and booking agent for the band.
